As a society, we strive to develop these traits in all of our young people, yet more than half do not see their stories, their lives, reflected in traditional curricula.

We are excited to partner with schools across the state of Connecticut to deliver programming directly to middle and high school girls. Each event offers experiential workshops led by women professionals in the fields of STEM and Finance. Our partners include Pfizer, Medtronic, Loureiro Engineering, Ensign-Bickford Aerospace Defense, Slalom, and more!

Financial Literacy is an important lifeskill. Women are 51% of the total population, however, only 49% of all women are financially literate compared with 56% of men. Our specialized Financefems program aims to educate young women to understand their finances before they enter the workforce.

"Women and girls can do whatever they want. There is no limit to what we as women can accomplish."
